Shipping Policy

 
Shipping and Handling Fees and Information We are providing you the best possible experience here at Best Testing Equipment(BTE)as far as we need to. That just so happens to extend to making sure after you’re made your purchase that it arrives to you on  time and to ensure all of your needs are met and your budget not broken in the process. Please take a few moments to review our available shipping methods to make sure the best shipping options for your needs  is chosen.

 

Production Time: After receive your order, we expect your payment in advance. Payment details please consult with your local sales manager. Instruments except Bench Hardness Testers may take 2-3 weeks production time. Bench Hardness Testers may take 1 month production time. Testing Machines and Spring Testing Machines may take 90-120 days production time.

Please be aware that our products being sold worldwide that we normally don’t have many machines in stock.

Ship by DHL: For small quantity of Instruments’ order (exclude Bench Hardness Testers), we will ship the order by DHL to your door. DHL delivery time normally about 3 days, delivery fees you may get quote from your local sales manager. 
 
Ship by Air: For large quantity of Instruments’ order (some Bench Hardness Testers’ orders if you need in a hurry), we will ship the order to you by Air. The shipment will arrive to your nearest airport in about 5 days. We may arrange truck delivery to your door upon your request. Delivery fees you may get quote from your local sales manager. 

 

Ship by Ocean: For Bench Hardness Testers, Testing Machines and Spring Testing Machines’ orders, we will ship the order to you by ocean. The shipment will arrive to your nearest sea port in about 30-50 days depend on your country location. We may arrange truck delivery to your door upon your request. Delivery fees you may get quote from your local sales manager. 

 
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments 

We’re more than happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, call or e-mail us for our special rates on shipping to these areas. 

 
Order Processing 

Orders are usually take one to three business days to process before being put to production. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from the shipping. Please consider the following steps: 1. Time an order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours. 2. The actual processing time of the order. 3. The delivery time of the shipping company. Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST to assist you in any questions you may have concerning an order. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.

 


In the event that the address information is entered incorrectly at the time ordering, it will then be corrected by the shipping company. Under these instances, there will be an additional charge made to the customer’s account for this correction. This charge will take place in the event of a data entry error on the part of the customer. This charge will be credited only proceeding, after the order has left our warehouses and we have been billed by the shipping company for the error. For these types of charges, each case will be thoroughly investigated to insure that the error was not made by our shipping staff. Therefore, upon reading this statement, you are in agreement to Best Testing Equipment(BTE) shipping and charging policies, please be sure that all address information is entered correctly, to insure the correct delivery of your order and to prevent any extra fees incurring. In the event there was an error made, by our staff, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible so that they can be addressed.
